Sono regole e principi, basati sopratutto dal buon senso e reciproco rispetto.
Prenotazione:
Puo' essere fatta tramite telefonata, whatsapp o mail. Una volta effettuata è richiesto in anticipo il saldo della prenotazione, che puo' essere fatto tramite bonifico, alle seguenti coordinate bancarie:

In caso di disdetta della prenotazione fino a 3 giorni prima dell'arrivo non verrà addebitato nessun costo, in caso contrario verrà conteggiato il costo della prima notte.
Si precisa che in caso di partenze anticipate non sono previsti rimborsi.
Accoglienza:
Il check-in è previsto dalle ore 17,00 fino alle ore 22,00.
Il check-out entro le ore 11,00.
Al momento dell'arrivo verranno chiesti i documenti d'identità (carta d'identità o passaporto) in corso di validità, necessari per le registrazioni previste dalla normativa vigente. In caso di non osservanza della presente richiesta, saremo costretti a chiedere l'abbandono immediato della nostra struttura, essendo una violazione delle norme del codice penale. I dati dei nostri ospiti sono trattati in conformità con la normativa corrente sulla privacy.
Completata la fase di accettazione ed effettuato il saldo del soggiorno, verrà consegnata la chiave dell'appartamento.
Colazione:
Viene servita dalle ore 8,00 alle 9,30 (Salvo richieste particolari)
Vi preghiamo di segnalarci eventuali intolleranze ed allergie alimentari note.
Appartamento:
Sono ammessi animali purchè siano docili e ben controllati dal padrone.
E' severamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento, sia per motivi di sicurezza e igiene sia per tutelare chi non fuma.
In questo comune si effettua la raccolta differenziata, perciò al fine di incorrere a sanzioni, chiediamo di smistare i rifiuti negli appositi cestini.
Il cambio della biancheria e previsto ogni 5 giorni, su richiesta si può avere un cambio più ravvicinato con un supplemento di euro 10 compresa pulizia. Se la prenotazione è di oltre la settimana questo servizio è incluso.
Non è permesso agli ospiti di far accedere altre persone all'interno della struttura per motivi di pubblica sicurezza.
E' vietato giocare a pallone e strappare fiori in giardino.
Nell'appartamento si può usufruire gratuitamente della cucina, della lavatrice e del condizionatore.
Per chi fosse interessato può utilizzare le biciclette situate in giardino.
Eventuali danni dovranno essere immediatamente comunicati al gestore della struttura.
Si declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di vostra proprietà lasciati nell'appartamento.

They are rules and principles, based above all on common sense and mutual respect.
Booking:
It can be done by phone call, whatsapp or email. Once made, the balance of the reservation is required in advance, which can be done by bank transfer, to the following bank details:

In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 3 days before arrival no fee will be charged, otherwise the cost of the first night will be charged.
It should be noted that in the event of early departures there are no refunds.
Reception:
Check-in is from 5.00pm to 10.00pm.
Check-out by 11.00.
Upon arrival, valid identity documents (identity cards or passports), required for registration required by law, will be requested. In the event of non-compliance with this request, we will be forced to request abandon immediate of our structure, being a violation of the rules of the penal code. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Once the acceptance phase is completed and the balance has been paid, the apartment key will be delivered.
Breakfast:
It is served from 8.00 am to 9.30 am (except for special requests)
Please report any known food allergies and intolerances.
Apartment:
Pets are allowed as long as they are obedient and well controlled by the owner.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, both for safety and hygiene reasons and to protect non-smokers.
In this municipality we carry out separate collection, so in order to incur penalties, we ask you to sort the waste in the appropriate bins.
The change of linen is provided every 5 days, on request we can have a closer change with a supplement of 10 euros including cleaning.
If the booking is more than a week this service is included.
Guests are not allowed to let other people enter the facility for public safety reasons.
It is forbidden to play ball and tear flowers in the garden.
In the apartment you can make free use of the kitchen, the washing machine and the air conditioner.
For those interested can use the bicycles located in the garden.
Any damage must be immediately reported to the facility manager.
We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in the apartment.
Certain of your collaboration, we remain at your disposal for any clarification.
